Omar Farha, NuMat's Chief Science Officer, was awarded the 2019 Kuwait Prize for Applied Science - a lifetime achievement award for scientists of Arab descent. The $130,000 cash prize and gold metal will be awarded by The Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah of Kuwait.
